Bio
Ms. Sanjmyadagmaa (“Saya”) Jugder is the General Manager of the Firm. Ms. Saya has over 20 years of experience working in administration, project management, accounting, finance, and overall office management for international development aid agencies, private corporations, and government entities.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Saya worked with foreign and Mongolian stakeholders from various sectors at the central and local levels during large-scale, multi-year projects of USAID, World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation, ADB, and Mercy Corps, among others, in a variety of capacities, including CFO and COO.
Ms. Saya holds degrees in finance, accounting, and business administration from the National University of Mongolia and the Mongolian Institute of Finance and Economics. In addition, she has completed numerous management courses and training workshops from Mongolia and abroad, including the USA, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Saya speaks English, Russian, and Mongolian.
