Bio
Ms. Ayush Dorj joined the Firm in 2021 as an associate. She has experience with a variety of transactions, including trade and commerce, corporate governance and compliance, investment structuring, and due diligence.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ayush worked for local and international law firms specializing in investment, corporate, employment, and trade and commerce law.
Ms. Ayush received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia and her Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Macquarie University of Australia with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Ms. Ayush is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and speaks Mongolian and English.
