Bio
Ms. Dulguun Erdenebulgan joined the Firm in 2021 as an associate and concentrates primarily on transactional, licensing, and regulatory matters. Ms. Dulguun also has extensive experience dealing with non-governmental issues, ranging from registration and compliance to labor matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Dulguun worked at an Ulaanbaatar-based law firm where she primarily focused on licensing and regulatory matters, minerals exploration and mining transactions.
Ms. Dulguun received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia and her Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the Pennsylvania State University with a focus on international trade law and international arbitration. She also earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the California University of Management and Sciences.
Ms. Dulguun is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and she received a license to provide legal services to securities market participants from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. She speaks Mongolian, English, and Russian.
