Bio
Mr. Byambadorj Dorjsuren joined the Firm in 2021 as a trainee associate. He passed the Mongolian Bar Exam in 2022 and was promoted to an associate position. His current work at the Firm focuses on labor, minerals exploration and mining, regulatory and compliance issues, and due diligence.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Byambadorj worked at the Taipei Trade and Economic Representative Office in Ulaanbaatar, the Mongolian Railway State-Owned Shareholding Company, and the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority respectively, where he drafted administrative documents and advised on labor and mining industry issues.
Mr. Byambadorj received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the School of Law, Otgontenger University, and his Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Beijing Jiao Tong University with a focus on international law.
Mr. Byambadorj speaks Mongolian, Chinese, and English.
