Mr. Enkhtur Demberelsuren is a litigation partner at the Firm focusing on complex commercial and administrative litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Mr. Enkhtur has extensive experience in conducting legal research on a variety of legal issues and representing clients in all stages of court and arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience representing clients in negotiating with trade unions and employee representatives in conducting collective agreements and collective bargaining agreements and in collective labor disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Enkhtur was a lead lawyer at Ellehcor LLC, an international mining and drilling company with over 100 employees. He was also a senior attorney at Lehman, Lee and Xu Mongolia LLC (now LehmanLaw Mongolia LLP), one of the first international law firms with a full-time presence in Mongolia. Mr. Enkhtur was also a partner in Global Investment and Equity Advisory Partners LLC, a Mongolian law firm.
Mr. Enkhtur received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia, and is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and Mongolian Advocates' Association. He received an intellectual property agent license from the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia in 2019. Mr. Enkhtur speaks Mongolian and English.
