Bio

Ms. Nomin is a partner at the Firm and has diverse legal experience in providing general corporate, capital markets, project finance, public-private partnership, employment, minerals, and natural resources advice to many of the world's leading international law firms, investment and commercial banks, mining companies, and other corporates. Ms. Nomin is ranked as "Up and Coming" by Chambers Global and "Next Generation Partner" by The Legal 500.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Nomin interned at an international law firm based in Ulaanbaatar where her work focused on corporate restructuring and due diligence for leading multinational companies in the energy, natural resources, and financial services sectors.

Ms. Nomin volunteers for a number of non-government organizations that advocate for Mongolian children's access to equal educational opportunities. Ms. Nomin currently serves on the boards of the Mongolian Association of State Alumni (MASA) NGO and Teach for Mongolia NGO.

Ms. Nomin received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia. She was a visiting scholar at Jackson State University (USA). Ms. Nomin is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Advocates' Association. In 2019, she received a license to provide legal services to securities market participants from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. Ms. Nomin speaks Mongolian and English.
